Where a gentler method matters most.
This is the part of exterior cleaning where the wrong choice does lasting damage, so it is the part we are most careful with.
We cover the whole of the Wirral for this, including Wallasey, Birkenhead and Bebington. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm the detail for your street.

Roof coverings
Concrete tiles, clay and slate all age differently. High pressure can strip surface material from a tile and shorten its life, so it is not our default.

Render and painted walls
Modern silicone render, older pebbledash and painted masonry each respond differently. Condition matters as much as the material.

Access and safety
Height changes what is sensible. Some elevations are straightforward from the ground, others are not, and we will tell you which yours is.

Not every roof should be cleaned.
Where a covering is brittle, failing or already porous, cleaning can do more harm than the moss does.

No high pressure by default.
We do not put a high pressure lance on a roof as a matter of routine, whatever the surface looks like.

Do you pressure-wash roofs?
Not as a standard approach. The covering, its age and its condition decide the method, and for many roofs a gentler treatment is the appropriate one.
Can you clean pebbledash?
Often, though pebbledash varies a great deal in how well it is keyed and how sound it is. Loose or blown areas need attention before any cleaning.
Will you need to quote in person?
Usually, yes. Height, access and the state of the covering are difficult to judge properly from photographs.
