Fresh exteriors. Right across the Wirral. Find your area

Commercial

A better first impression starts outside.

Customers form a view of a business before they reach the door. Entrances, walkways and frontages are the part of the premises everyone sees and nobody owns.

Estimate online, firm price once we have seen it.

What's included

  • Site walked and the work agreed in writing before the day
  • Timing arranged around your trading hours
  • Wet areas signed and managed while the public are about
  • Entrances, walkways and forecourt cleaned as specified
  • Everything rinsed down and drains cleared before we leave
  • Before and after photos sent to your named contact

What is involved

Work that fits around the business.

Commercial exterior cleaning is less about the surface and more about doing it without getting in the way.

01

Entrances and walkways

The paths people actually use, where footfall grinds dirt in and where slip risk matters most in winter.

02

Forecourts and car parks

Larger hard surfaces where staining, moss at the edges and general traffic film build up over time.

03

Frontages and signage surrounds

The face of the building. Cleaning the surround often does more for the look than replacing the sign.

Site by site

What commercial exterior cleaning covers.

Priced on access, hours and frequency rather than on area, which is why these are surveyed instead of estimated.

How it runs

How a commercial job actually runs.

  1. Walk the site

We look at the areas, the access, the water supply and where the public actually go. Nothing is priced off a photograph.

  2. Agree it in writing

What is being cleaned, when, how often and what it costs, confirmed before the first visit.

  3. Work to your hours

Early, late or out of hours, so wet surfaces and equipment are never between your customers and your door.

  4. Manage the public

Wet floor signage, cordons where they are needed and a route kept open through the work.

  5. Clean and clear

Surfaces cleaned as specified, then everything rinsed down and the drains cleared of silt before we go.

  6. Report back

Before and after photographs to your named contact, so whoever signs off the invoice can see what was done.

Why it is surveyed

An area alone does not price a commercial job.

Two forecourts of the same size can be very different jobs. One is empty at six in the morning with a tap on the wall. The other has deliveries from seven, no outside water, and a public footway running through the middle of it.

That is why commercial work is surveyed rather than estimated. The things that move the price are access, the hours you can give us and how often you want it done, none of which a square metre figure captures.

What you get back is a written scope: the areas, the method, the timing and the frequency, with a figure against it. If a regular visit does not suit the site we will say so rather than sell you a contract you do not need.

Good questions

Commercial questions.

Also useful Driveway cleaning, Patio cleaning, Roof & render care.

Can you work outside our opening hours?

That is usually the sensible way to do it on a site with public footfall. Tell us your hours and we plan around them.

Why will you not give me a price online?

Because it would be wrong more often than right. Access, hours and frequency decide a commercial price, and none of those come out of an area figure.

Do you take on regular contracts?

Yes, where a regular clean genuinely suits the site. Some frontages want it seasonally rather than monthly, and we will tell you which yours looks like.

What do you need from us on the day?

Access, a water supply where the job needs one, and a named contact. Anything site specific is worth raising at survey.

How do you manage the public while you work?

Signage, cordons where they are needed and a clear route kept open. On a footway that is most of the planning.

Can you clean cladding and signage surrounds?

Yes, by soft wash rather than pressure. Cleaning the surround often does more for the frontage than replacing the sign.

Do you deal with oil staining on a car park?

We can lift it a long way and sometimes not completely, depending how long it has been soaking into the surface. We are straight about that at survey.

Will we get evidence of the work?

Before and after photographs go to your named contact after every visit, so whoever approves the invoice can see what was done.

04 / Local to you

Commercial cleaning, town by town.

Each one sets out what the housing there is like and what that means for this job.

Get in touch

Tell us what needs cleaning and we will price it.

Give us the surface, the rough size and a photo if you have one. We come back with a price or the questions we still need answered.

Tell us about the job.

Add photos (optional)

Two pictures of the area is usually enough for a price. JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 10 MB each.

    Where you will find us

We are a mobile service covering the Wirral peninsula, so there is no shop to visit. This is the area we work in.

    • Monday to Friday, 8 to 6
    • Saturday, 8 to 2
    • Sunday, closed

The map loads from Google only when you open it, so nothing is requested from them before you ask.
